"The Gays", Politics, & God

A person is born with the the attraction to one sex or the other. This is not a debatable subject it is just a fact.  Then there are cases when traumatic circumstances have changed a person to their core. Some people just got to get da-freak-on.

Whatever the case may be.... We are in America!!!! So, it is none of our business.   My Christian Brother & Sisters who are you judging?  We all sin. No Christian should judge what sin is worst then the other.   Is the person who can not put down the extra brownie or cigarette going to Hell?

I viewed an article in The Blaze by Billy Hallowell about an interview with Joel Osteen by Oprah on her new show   “Oprah’s Next Chapter,” and they discussed homosexuality and sin.  “Will a gay person be accepted into heaven, as you see it?,” asked Oprah. “I believe they will,” he responded. ”Sometimes we look at gay being a bigger sin than being proud or not telling the truth. I don’t think God categorizes sins.”.

If  you have an issue with a life style pray for that person and then Love them as a child of God.  Judging that person is a sin.  A life style choice is between that person and God at the end of the day.

Our founding Fathers were strong men of faith, they believed in states rights, and the separation of church and state. Our core belief system is based on Christian values. However, all American's have the right to pursue the American dream as free men & women.

Americans have a right to the lifestyle they choose. Now when funding from taxes is involved the people get to decide how the funds our distributed.
Guy rights is not a federal issue. It is a state rights issue. The people of the state should decide how they distribute the tax payers money as determined by the people of that state.
I do not need to hear what a presidential candidate thinks about this issue because he should have nothing to do with it.   Supposed conservatives take the bait on this subject all the time. It is a tool used by the Liberals to make our "useful idiots" get all worked up, off subject, and most importantly cause the loss of votes.
If you are a Constitutional Conservative you really can not disagree with Gay Rights being a State issue without fundamentally compromising all of our other arguments. You can not marsh-mallow pick opinions.

For the candidates that have to talk about this subject stop saying "the gays".  It screams ignorance.
